Refund policy

All Mommas Sonder Shop's digital products, all sales of eBooks, templates, PDFs, courses, subscriptions, workshops, memberships, and any other digital product sold in the shop are final.

Giftcards purchased inside the Mommas Sonder Shop are non-refundable.

If a Product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. To facilitate, please contact us at support@mommassonder.com. When returning Products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the Products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label.
